1. Information We Collect

Habitly: Habit Tracker does not collect personal data or usage analytics on developer-controlled servers.

No personal data collection declared: Habitly does not collect, store, or transmit personal information, account details, analytics identifiers, or location data to the developer. The app works fully offline and does not require a sign-up or account. All of your habits, streaks, goals, statistics, achievements, and settings are stored locally on your device.

2. How We Use Information

Habitly stores the habit data you create — such as habit names, schedules, completion history, streaks, goals, Life Score, achievements, XP, and chosen themes — locally on your device solely to provide habit-tracking features, statistics, and reminders within the app. This information is never transmitted to the developer or any third party.

We do not use any information for advertising, profiling, or analytics purposes.

3. Permissions

Habitly requests only the permissions necessary to deliver its features on your device:

Notifications — Used to send the habit reminders and streak alerts you schedule inside the app. Reminder times are stored locally on your device and are used only to trigger on-device notifications. This permission is optional; Habitly continues to track habits without it.

All permissions can be reviewed or revoked at any time from your device's app settings.

4. Third-Party Services

Habitly does not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking libraries. The app operates fully offline and requires no internet connection to function.

Platform providers such as Google Play may process data under their own privacy policies when you download or update the app. Habitly itself does not initiate any network requests.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or disclose personal data to third parties because we do not collect personal data on our servers. Your habits, streaks, and progress remain entirely on your device and under your control.

6. Data Retention

Habitly stores your habit data locally on your device. This data is retained until you delete individual habits or entries within the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. No data is retained on developer-controlled servers because none is collected.

7. Children Privacy

Habitly is a general-purpose habit and productivity app and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because no personal data is collected by the app, there is no specific risk to child privacy beyond normal device use.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Because Habitly does not collect personal data on developer servers, there is no account to delete or data profile to request. You can manage or remove all locally stored data (such as habits, streaks, and statistics) directly within the app or by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.

Notification permission can be revoked at any time from your device settings, which will stop habit reminders without affecting your tracked data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's functionality changes in a way that affects data handling. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
