MoneyFlow Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

MoneyFlow is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or sell personal information on developer-controlled servers. There is no sign-up, and no bank login is required.

No personal data collection declared: MoneyFlow does not collect account data, personal identity information, location data, analytics identifiers, or advertising identifiers for server-side storage by the developer.

Financial information you enter — such as transactions, income, expenses, budgets, categories, accounts (cash, bank, cards, wallets), notes, and dates — is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us.

2. How We Use Information

Any information entered into MoneyFlow is used only to provide app functionality on your device, such as tracking spending, planning budgets, generating charts and reports, and managing recurring transactions. We do not use your financial data for profiling, ad targeting, or external analytics.

3. Permissions

Depending on the features you enable, MoneyFlow may request runtime permissions such as biometric authentication (fingerprint or face unlock) for the app lock, and file access for exporting or importing your backup files. These permissions are used only for in-app functionality and are never used to collect data on our servers.

4. Security & App Lock

You can protect MoneyFlow with a fingerprint or Face ID biometric lock. Biometric verification is handled by your device's operating system; the app never receives or stores your biometric data. Your financial records are stored locally on your device.

5. Backup & Restore

MoneyFlow lets you export and import your data so your financial history stays safe. Backup files are created and stored at a location you choose. You are responsible for the security of any backup files you export, share, or store outside the app, including any files placed in third-party cloud storage.

6. Third-Party Services

MoneyFlow does not include third-party ad or tracking SDKs that collect personal data for developer use. Distribution services such as Google Play may process data under their own terms.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties because we do not collect personal data on our servers. Your financial data is shared only if you choose to export or transfer it yourself.

8. Data Retention

Since we do not maintain a central user database for MoneyFlow, we do not retain personal data on developer-controlled systems. Your data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.

9. Children Privacy

MoneyFlow does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child shared personal data through the app, contact us for review.

10. Your Rights and Choices

You can control permissions from your device settings, delete your data within the app, and uninstall the app at any time. Because your data is stored locally, uninstalling the app removes the data from your device. Depending on local regulations, you may have additional privacy rights.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date will be revised when updates are published.
